Authors must read before article submission

  • Articles would be published in every monthly issue.
  • Monthly issue would be published on 1st week of every month.
  • In case of urgency, authors would be given an advance copy of their article within 1- 7 working days.
  • All authors of the article must be an annual member.
  • All authors would be assigned a membership certificate and unique membership id. After payment of membership fees.
  • Publication fees for annual  members are 100% exempted but if coauthors are not annual/life member a nominal charge is kept.

  • A very nominal publication fees have been fixed for non member authors.  
  • Agriculture & Food e-newsletter would only accept magazine articles and popular stories which are submitted in proper format. 
  • The articles should be in prescribed word format (.doc/.docx).
  • Articles which are sent to us without proper format would be rejected (FORMAT)
  • Every month have a particular date which is given at the bottom of the home page. After the due date, no articles can be accepted as the page composer/designer need sufficient time to release an issue.
  • No article should be submitted in pdf form.
  • Articles should not be more than 2-4 pages.
  • Article must have an introduction paragraph and a conclusion paragraph.
  • Articles must be informative, innovative and trending.
  • Tables, figures and good quality photographs are always desirable.

  • Author is solely responsible for plagiarism issues in their article.
  • A life member / annual member must ensure quality in article to expect publication.
  • Lines, figures, Illustrations and other resources to be reproduced from other publications must be properly credited / cited.
  • Authors should be responsible for obtaining permission for reproduction of figures, tables, etc. from published sources.
  • Units in metric system; full forms of all abbreviations used in table; source of data should be given in detail.
  • Units of measurement, symbols and standard abbreviations should conform to those recommended by the International Union of Biochemistry (IUB) and the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC).
  • Metric measurements are preferred and dosages should be expressed entirely in metric units (SI units). In exceptional circumstances, others may be used, provided they are consistent

Points to be considered before submission

  • Article must be free of plagiarism
  • Author himself/herself is responsible for plagiarism
  • Article must be within magazine article page limit (within 3-4 pages)
  • Article must be in proper format of our magazine
  • Article has not been sent for publication or published else where
  • Article should not be duplicate and is written by author himself/herself
  • Author agrees to guidelines and terms, conditions of our magazine.
  • Article cannot be corrected once submitted. So authors are requested to be careful and sure before submitting.
